Word 200
If I format a graphic (created with the drawing toolbar) to 'through' I can place the grphic over text without the text "knowing it is there"., but I would like to place a graphic over text in a table. It won't let me; I drag the graphic to where I would like it to sit over the table, but when I release it, Word drags it outside the table and slightly changes the text positioning in the table - Uh? the place it jumps to seems to be almost random; if I manually drag it a little further away from the table, the original text positioning inside the table reverets to the original
In fact I have never been happy with word2003 tables. When I drag them to where I would like them on the page, they often jump to a new page or the top of the current page (even after setting the correct layout settings) - is this related to my graphics problem
I'm in print layout
Any help please
