cannot print attachment icons

hi

when i print mails recieved in my inbox which have
attachments, i cannot see the attachment icon on the
paper. my friend has the same office 2002 XP software
installed and all the settings are the similar, however,
she can print the icon whereas i cannot. i do not want to
use plain text as the defalut format. i want to use html
format for my emails.

can someone help me out with this problem.

When you change to Plain Text or Rich Format the icon will be displayed in
the print.

If you really need to print the icon in HTML you can buy this add-on
