Cannot publish to Project Web Server

I had an existing project plan on Project 2003 which was published on Project
Web Server (PWA). Recently I removed a resource and added another respurce
in its place and tried publishing it to PWA. Since I have not done that it
does not publish anymore. Other projects work just fine. The resource I
have added are not local resource either. Does anyone has any idea what is
causing this issue or how to resolve this issue? Any help in this issue will
be appreciated. Thank you.

How do you know that you cannot publish the project? Do you receive an
error message? If so, what message specifically? Are there errors in the
server's application event log? Let us know.

On Microsoft Project 2003 anytime you update an indivdual task it displays an
icon that shows that since this taks has been updated it needsto be published
to PWA. Once the project is published that icon goes away and it also
displays a message on the bottom of the window stating 'sent for processing'.
For this particular project it does not do that. When I click on to publish
it, it does not do anything. It does not even give me a pop up window asking
me if I want to notify the resources for updated tasks.

Are you seeing errors on the server's application event log?

Dale,

There is nothing on the error log. It is a big complicated. If I cnahge
anything on the project information and then publish it, it gets published on
the PWA. Only for some reason task updates do not. What I did was I removed
a resource and added another one. It tells me when the previous resource was
removed no update was sent to PWA so by doing it it will first send the
update for the removing of the resource before it publishes the new resource.
I click on 'OK' for that. But notihng happens. I still get icons on the
taks that were not published and PWA does not update those. I cannot figure
out what is causing it.
