I access my email when travelling without my laptop using an iMate JasJam
smartphone, set up to synchronise via the Telstra (Australia) 3G network,
with my work Exchange server. This all works perfectly including Active
Push. The only problem I have though is any emails I send from the smart
phone cannot be read on Entourage. The messages are fine if viewed on
Outlook on a Windows machine but if viewed I Entourage the message is
transcribed into a series of what appears to be random alpha-numerics. An
example is provided here:

I have just reproduced the first few lines here, the message continues in
the same vain for about another 25 lines.

I cannot find any settings within Entourage to allow the message to be
translated properly. This is only a problem when reading a message sent via
Outlook on Windows Mobile. Any suggestions about how to solve this would be
great it is a pain to have to boot up a Windows machine to check messages
sent while on the road.

I am using Entourage 2004 version 11.3.6 (070618)

Thanks, Greg

This is a known issue, documented here:
<http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=926521>

Hopefully, it will be addressed in a future update.
