cannot remove original licence name

I installed office xp pro suite, and had to give the
laptop to another user. When any office product comes
up, it says "registered to - the old user". I have
actually uninstalled the product to get rid of this
incorrect name, and it still comes up. I have done a
registry search- any other suggestions, or a key that I
am missing?
