cannot reply to craigslist inquires due to 550

I utilize microsoft outlook as my email program. For the last few weeks, I
have not been able to respond to any replies to posting for items I am
selling on Craigslist.com. It returns my mail as undeliverable "550
relaying messages not allowed to Craigslist.com". How can I get past this
problem and be able to use Craigs list again?
