cannot "reply to" or "forward" messages in OWA (outlook web access)

My OWA (outlook web access) functioned well, but now I
cannot "reply to" or "forward" email messages. I now
need to "compose" a new email, which I am able to send.
Any suggestions are appreciated...Thank you, tom

Do you have any type of pop-up stopper installed? (e.g. Google toolbar)
