Cannot restore account name and domain whenever login

I'm using outlook 2k over WinXP

Everytime I start the outlook, it would login to a
exchange server.

However, it prompt me for account name / domain / pwd
each time, it cannot save my account name and domain and
restore during login.

Where can I pre-set the login account / domain ?
