Hello -
I am hoping someone can help me. I am using Windows 98,
Outlook Express v6. I can forward and reply to emails I
receive, but if I create a blank email from scratch I get
the following message when I try to send it:
The message could not be sent.
You do not have any accounts configured for sending e-mail.
Please verify your account configuration.
I contacted my cable company (COMCAST) because I use there
service and a cable modem to access the internet. They
were not able to help me.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
