Cannot send email

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Email Client: pop

Have been sending and receiving email great until last night. I can received email but cannot send. Message appear is:

The message exceeded the system limit of 200 and was not sent

Mail could not be send
A/c Name "singnet.com.sg)

Error-17099

Can someone help??? Thanks

That's an issue with the SMTP server you are using (typically the one
from your ISP).
Either you sent too many e-mails in a short amount of time (and it
suspects you are spamming), or it's some other sort of related issue,
but in any case, it's nothing Entourge can do anything about.
Most of the time, the issue disappears by itself after a while. If not,
you need to contact the administrator for the SMTP server.
