Cannot send HTML Email embedded in Word 2003

I cannot get Word 2003 to email my HTML document to a Mail Recipient without
it being an attachment. I want to send the email with HTML embedded within
it, as I used to with Word 2000. I have 4 email accounts in Outlook, and
have removed all Word 2000 programs except for Publisher. I am on a Word
2003 Trial version. What can I do to correct this?
