Cannot Send Messages

I have always had a bar at the top of the screen, the
first button of which was Send. That bar has disappeared,
and I cannot send any mail. The Send/Receive button on
Outlook works well for receiving, but when I press it to
send, my outgoing message is not sent but moves to the
bottom of the screen. How can I get the Send bar back?

Try going to VIEW / TOOLBARS / make sure the E-MAIL option is checked.
