Cannot send test e-mail message

Every thing else works great. I can download from my pop3
server but I can't send anything.

I have checked and rechecked the settings.

I copied them down from work and it works there. The only
difference is that from home I am dialing up. But I would
think that the same settings word work for Outlook2002.

Any ideas?

Frustrated.
