cannot send

Suddenly outlook will not remove a message from the
outbox. Message says it cannot send but it sends anyway.
Error code 0x8004060c. Cannot delete or move the
message.Had to go offline because it kept sending it out.
I cannot receive any messages until it gets rid of the
message in the outbox. Performed a repair but still does
this. Anyone have a solution.

Is the message too large to send? You may have to delete it to get outlook
to function again.

I took everything out of it but I still cannot delete or
move it.
