Cannot start new Outlook 2002

I just reinstalled Office XP Pro. When Outlook was
started, I've got a message:
Cannot connect with Exchange server. Vorking off-line? ->
YES.
Then:
Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The
information store could not be opened.
And so on...
Finally - Outlook was closed by itself.
Please, what to do?
