My OL 2003 seems to be corupted. I tried to Uninstall from Add/Remove
Programs and get the following message: "The patch package could not be
opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the app vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer
package."
How else can I unistall?
I get the same message with "Repair"
Thanks.

Did you recently add a new boot drive, replacing the old one? If so, the
problem is that whatever program you used to copy the old boot disk to the
new one did not properly copy the contents of x:\Windows\Installer.
MaxBlast from Maxstor is an example of a disk "cloner" that forgets to copy
this folder. If you can add that former boot disk as a secondary drive and,
with an administrator account, copy that folder, you should be able to
uninstall Outlook.

That said, there are very few Outlook problems that require uninstalling and
reinstalling. Wht no describe the problem you think necessitates it and
perhaps someone can suggest a less drastic solution.
