Can't access clipart in office 2003 student version

We have the Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 installed on PC with
Windows XP SP2. When trying to insert clipart we receive message that we need
to insert the Microsoft Office XP Media Content Disk. We then insert the 1
and only CD that came with the program and receive an error that states -
"The path "Microsoft Media Content" cannot be found. Verify that you have
access to this location and try again or try to find the installation package
CAG.MSI in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Office
XP Media content."
This does not occur with an older version on another PC. Has anyone else
received this error and or have a suggestion. I have also tried to reinstall
the product but it continues to happen. Thanks.

Hi,
The computer in question does not have Office XP. It has Windows XP but we
purchased it with Microsoft Works not Office XP. I understand what you are
asking because with Office XP you get 2 cd's and one is the Media Content CD.
In the student version you only get 1 CD and that doesn't solve the problem.
Thanks.

I just checked my wife's computer... she has exactly the same configuration
you have, including Student & Teacher Office 2003. And, clipart works fine.
No prompt for a CD at all.

Check to see if you installed it. It should indeed be on the one-and-only CD
that you have. Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs -
Microsoft Office Standard (it should show up as that, with no mention of
Student/Teacher) - Change - Add or Remove Features - Next - Choose Advanced
Customization of Apps - Next - expand Office Shared Features, and verify
that Clip Organizer Collections doesn't have an X or a 1 by it. In her case,
she just installed everything at the top level (i.e., Run all from my
computer).

Yes - It is Works Suite 2003 (7.0) which includes Word 2002. I tried what you
suggested but unfortunately that did not work. I also totally uninstalled the
Work Suite thinking maybe that would solve the problem but it didn't. I then
reinstalled just clip orgranizer part of Word 2002 but that didn't work
either. I noticed that in my list of installed programs there is an Office XP
Media Content application/file listed. Should that be uninstalled? I am not
sure what more to try at this point. I also tried a "change" install and made
sure the full office 2003 was selected to run all from my computer. The
install itself seems to be working just fine. It is just the darn clip art
feature that is not. Any other suggestions? I appreciate the responses so so
far.

Thanks for all your help. I uninstalled the office xp media content
application and made sure all components of word 2002 were unistalled and it
seems to be working now as it should. I appreciate you helpfulness.
