Can't access newsgroups in Outlook 2003

Why can't I access newsgroups on OE2003? When ever I click on newsgroups, it
opens up my old Outlook Express program. I tried deleting my old version of
OE but it doesn't uninstall. How can I set up newsgroups in OE2003? Does
anyone else have this problem?

Outlook always has and always will (for the foreseeable future) use Outlook
Express for newsgroups. (or your default program for reading news) It is
not available directly in Outlook.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
