can't access office assistant help links

When I am using office assistant and asking a how to
question, I am able to enter the question and am given a
series of possible answets. When I click on the link to
one of the questions nothing happens. This is a new
problem, has anyone encoutered it and if so what can i do
to fix it?

Have you tried a Complete Uninstall and Reinstall of Office?

Actually I have discovered this appears to be a system
wide problem. My one click links no longer work in
Norton either. I am not sure what to do to fix this at
this point.
