can't activate Small business addition 2003

My Microsoft Office Small Business Edition 2003 has gone into reduced
functionality mode. But when I click on Activate Product it does nothing at
all, neither telling me product has been activated or allowing me to activare
the product. This is an OEM version of the software. I previously had a trial
version, but I re-installed windows and deleted it before installing the full
version as I had been told there was a glitch with the trial that stopped the
full version working aftert the expiry date. But it still don't work. Can
anyone help?

(Your message was a little confusing to me.) Did you pay for the full version?

Yes, I paid for the full version, I was sent the trial version (marked "for
systembuilder use only, not for distribution to end users") in error then
returned it to the suppliers (MESH) who then sent me the full version.

Did you uninstall the trial version of Office?

What happens when you try to install the full version? Do you get an error
message? What is it (specifically)?
