Can't assign chart toolbar

I am trying to add a button to the toolbar for the OWC10 chart
component. To start with, I looked up Help, which says that the
toolbar is an object of type MSComCtlLib.Toolbar, so I tried to assign
the toolbar to an object variable of that type. I get the error "type
mismatch" - what am I doing wrong? Is there a better way to customise
the toolbar?
