Can't change attributes

He have already installed a fresh copy of Outlook which I
assume overwrote the orginal Outlook PST file. So the
exported copy is all that there is of the orginal. Have
tried to change attribute of "read only" but am not
allowed because do not have permission to do that. Again
it gets back to permissions. The User/Password are the
same as on the orginal machine.

Has the .PST been moved back to your hard drive before you attempt to remove
the read-only attribute? Outlook can't use a file directly from a CD...
