can't choose legal page size

I am using Office 2000. Today, I lost all of the page sizes listed when you
choose page setup except "letter".
- I repaired Word 2000 (since I was using that at the time).
- I uninstalled then re-installed Office 2000 (CD1).
- I uninstalled Office 2000 CD1, ran the Office CD1 eraser then uninstalled
Office 2000 CD2 then ran the Office 2000 CD2 eraser. I re-installed Office
2000 CD 1 and 2.

I still have the same problem. Word gives me the options for "letter" and
"custom". Excel gives me the option for "letter". Access gives me the
"letter" option. PowerPoint gives me the paper options of letter, A4 and
custom.

This will a driver problem more than an application issue. Try this, open the printer
folder, right click your printer, click printer preferences, select letter.

Go to the manufacturer's web and look around for an updated driver.
