can't covert to full product

I TRIED TO CONVERT FROM A TRIAL TO THE FULL PRODUCT. I PUT IN THE PRODUCT
KEY #, AND IT WOULD NOT EXCEPT IT. I GOT A NEW PRODUCT KEY NUMBER & STILL IT
WON'T EXCEPT IT. I THEN ORDERED ONLINE, NOW I CAN'T DO ANYTHING IN WORD,
EXCEL. PLEASE HELP
