Can't Create Object

I have a runtime app that works great on most computers.
However on one computer I get error-- "Error 429
Active X Component Can't Create Object". Sometimes I get
this error when opening or closing certain forms, and
sometimes I get it when clicking certain buttons.

The program has only the calendar control in it, which
works perfectly without errors. The error seems to be
totally unrelated to the control. Any Ideas? What
does this Error Mean? It does not happen on the
computer the program is made on. Thank You Very Much.

Find out & post the line(s) of code that the error occurs on.

And/or, try the many references to error 429 in the Microsoft knowledgebase;
for example:
