Can't customize Outlook Today

Like Christie (whose message is posted), the "Customize
Outlook" link doesn't work (although it has in the
past). I am using Outlook 2000, running under Win XP.
Is it something to do with Windows 2000 and Win XP?

I'd really like a fix.
