Can't delete email

[Bo]

I am unable to delete an email. I get an "Unknown Error"
message if I try to delete using the toolbar. If I drag
the message to deleted items I get a message that the email
has been moved or deleted already.

This file is corrupt and is preventing my backup software
from functioning properly.

Any suggestions?
