can't download office 2000 service pack 3

I am not sure how it happened but I had downloaded service pack 4 first now I
can't download service pack 3. Is there any way around this problem?

There is no such thing as Service Pack 4 for Office 2000, so I
don't know what you downloaded first. What happens when you try
to download Service Pack 3 for Office 2000? If you get an error
message, please quote it exactly and completely.
