Can't get access to old Outlook files

Gary

Recently my WinXP got corrupted and in order avoid
loosing my data on that hard drive I installed a new
larger hard drive, that was waiting to be installed
anyway. I then installed WinXp and made the new drive
primary. I also reinstalled Outlook on that drive. Now
I want to import (or transfer or move) my previous Inbox,
Contacts and Calendar data to the new hard drive
Outlook. My Problem: when I try to access those folders
in my Documents and Settings folder on the old drive a I
am not allowed access to them. Anyone know what I can
do???

Are the files marked read-only?
