Can't get in touch with the security and threat assessment department to fix my domain transfer

I requested a domain transfer and I was told that they transferred me to the security department to fix the issue after I provided that I owned the domain. I was told that I would be reached out to within 5-7 days and it's been 10 days and I re-reached out to the support team but they said they just put in a second request for me but couldn't do anything else. Time sensitive. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!
