Can't hear audio in Viewer

[Cannot hear audio on PowerPoint Viewer]

I created some narrative clips? Why can't I hear them in Viewer? I hear
them in the PowerPoint program itself (where the presentation was created)

Are you using the viewer on the same computer as the presentation was
developed or another PC?

I'm viewing the presentation on another PC. Is it possible the sound card
doesn't recognize the format? They were saved as a .wav

Is it possible that you hve linked to the sound files? (and they are not
present on the other computer)

I can hear some audio clips, some I cannot. And they're all the same format.
Can hear all the audio on the computer where it was created. The Viewer is

Maybe I'll just re-create the narratives and try to save in a different
format. Frustrating for sure!

Thank you SO much for the help. I found my answer in your link below. It
addressed the same issue that Steve mentioned in his reply. I increased the
settings, plus included a separate folder on the CD with the audio clips (so
the presentation would have something to "point to". I can now hear ALL the
audio clips. Thank you again.
