Can't install office professional upgrade to Office 2003

Can any one help? I have MS office student teacher edition 2003, purshased
office professional upgrade when I install professional it keeps telling me I
don't have an office product on my computer. We have a second computer that
has the same and it installed just fine. What seems to be the problem
loading in the other system.

Cross version upgrades are not supported. Students and Teachers Edition
2003 is not a PRIOR qualifying product.
