can't login to Outlook Web Access

I have one user who mysteriously cannot access email via
webmail any longer. When you try to login, the login
screen keeps popping back up like the username and/or
password is no good. the account is not locking out so I
guess my question is this; Can a user be locked out of OWA
and not thier user account? Where do I look to find more
clues? There is nothing in the event logs. All other
users are fine.

Thanks in advance,

Steven

Could this be either a web cache or user profile issue?
I'd try clearing out the crap in the browser and checking
the security settings therein. After that I'd try
creating a new user profile on the user's machine.

I discovered the problem. We receive email for two
domains but one domain has very few users. This
particular user is a member of the small domain and all
the users in that domain require an SMTP address for the
larger domain. His address for the large domain had been
removed is why he could not access OWA. As soon as a new
address was created all was good.
