I've seen this same problem listed here more than once.
I cannot logon to my incoming mail server, whether I am
testing the account or trying to send/receive mail. I
also have Outlook Express, and it works just fine. My
ISP says the problem is with Outlook. The settings are
correct, so I am at a loss as to what to do. Please
