Can't open backup copy of Outlook

Hello-
I can't open and access a back-up copy of Outlook that I
saved to a CD-R (Imation). I assume that I should try
and open it from the CD-RW (E drive, correct? What am
I doing wrong?

You cannot access a PST file stored on a CD. You need to copy it to your
hard drive, right click, choose properties, clear the read only flag, and
click OK first.
