I created a survey template using Word 2003 professional version and posted it on a shared site. Another user saved the file and e-mailed it to 2 people. One person who received it could not open it, the second could open it, filled it out and e-mailed it back, but when the e-mail was received all form fields that he had filled in were blank. The form worked just fine when filled in from the computer it was created on. Does anyone have any idea how this could happen? Is a form created in Word 2003 professional usable with other versions of Word? Any assistance would be appreciated.
