Can't open Excel files in Outlook

In an oganisation with 1600 users, Exchange 5.5 sp4, i have a strange
problem for some few users.If they dobbeltklik on a attachment (excel-file)
they get the following error: the fil can't bee found.In the same mail there
couldt be word attachment with no porblem. If you save the excel-fil open it
from whereyou saved it, there is no problem???? If you forward the mail to
other users there is no problem with excel-file???mvh
