I have a number of ppt files created by a client that
cannot be "read" by computers with Office 2003, however,
the one computer in the office with Office 2K can open
and view the files just fine.
I attempted opening the files from Windows Explorer from
the CD and after copying it to my hard drive and the LAN,
and I tried from all 3 locations from within PowerPoint.
I even have tried to "save as" the files from the
computer with 2K but I still cannot open them in 2003.
The error I get in 2003 when trying to open the files is
"PowerPoint can't read K:\path...\filename.ppt
Any advice is appreciated!
