Environment: Outlook 2002, Windows XP, Windows 2000 AD (native), Exchange 200
Scenario: Email item is sent to several mailboxes - some of which are shared mailboxes (i.e., "functional" type mailbox shared by 8-10 persons and opened as a secondary mailbox in their Outlook Profile). Persons attempting to open the item in the shared mailboxes cannot until the sender opens the shared mailbox and opens the item. Then all those that share that mailbox can open the item. Until then, the recepient receives error "cannot open.... do not have permission".
Note: The sender can send from another PC and the item can be read without error. The sender's Outlook profile has been deleted and a new one created. This did not help. Ideas?
