Can not open this item unknown error

I’m trying to view a group mailbox from my outlook mailbox and I keep
receiving the error message. “This item cannot be displayed in the reading
pane. If I try to open the email to read it’s content, I receive the error
message â€Cannot open this item. Unknown Error. “
I have checked my access and I am the owner of the mailbox. I have tried to
remove and add the mailbox and still receive the same error.

I have other group mailbox added to my mailbox and I can view them w/o any
problems. Can someone please advise why I would not be able to view items in
this mailbox?
