Can't open new mails in my Mailbox

Hi,

I'm unable to open my new mails which had arrived
after 5th July, 9:30pm. However, I'm able to open and
view all the mails which had arrived to my mailbox earlier
than this. So, as an alternate, I download these mails to
my PST file and 'am able to open successfully. But, why
am I not able to open my mails at my Mailbox-Inbox.
On attempting, displays - "Can't open the item. The
Operation failed".
Helping me to resolve at earliest would be appreciable.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

What version of Outlook/Exchange are you using? Have you tried starting
Outlook one time with the /resetfolder command? See this page for a
complete listing of available commands (Some may not work with your version
of Outlook, hence the request to always include the version):

I did /reset folder, but not fruitful...
can u extend ur help on the same, Milly...
