Can't open prompt within an E-mail message

In the body of the e-mail msg when I clicked on the
button, a window opened up with the title "Locate Link
Browser." The Files of Type "drop-down" box in the window
was filled with the words "Executable Files"

Enter the location of your Internet browser. For Internet Explorer, it's
usually C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Iexplore.exe
