Can't open .pub files

I have Publisher 2003. Once I save a project, I can't open it again. When I
select the .pub file to open, Publisher opens and then says "Publisher cannot
find the file you specified", then when the Open Publication window pops up,
I choose the project that I want to open, then I get "Publisher cannot open
the file." What am I missing?

Trial version? Have you activated Publisher? Are you trying to open the file from a
removable disk?

I have the full version, activated, and trying to open from my hard drive. I
just put Publisher on my computer today, perhaps just uninstall and reinstall?

Do you have Norton? Disable script blocking if you do, in Norton Options, Misc.,
clear "Enable Office Plug-ins"
What happens if you double-click a Publisher file in the Explorer? Did you have a
previous version installed?
