Can't print (no icon or dropdown) in MS picture editor/viewer

Can't locate any online help, has anyone experienced this. Printing is not
an option in the editor/viewer. No icon, can't move it, nothing at all.

Does http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=827762 "Print command is
not available in Picture Manager 2003" apply to your situation?

Thanks I'll dig deeper in version. Pretty sure it's recent XP but maybe not...
