can't receive email - Oulook Express 6

Hello - I cant recieve email in outlook express 6. I can
send it fine and I'm a sub account - everyone else with me
is receiving theirs also. I cleaned out my email
completely deleting every possible message. So I dont
think its too big.
Please help! Thanks so much!
