Can't receive mail from one person (Outlook 2003)

I have a particular person that I can't receive mail from anymore. I have no
blocked lists of email contacts and the sender's folder size is below the set
limit. I've tried adding the contact to receive mail from safe contacts and
still haven't been able to do so. Any ideas?
