Can't reinstall office 2003

I installed office 2003 pro on my computer, and it worked fine until my wife
logged on her account. She could not read her mail, nor start any
applications (office). I tried to reinstall the software, but I got a message
in Norwegian like this: “Alvorlig installasjonsfeil†meaning “installation
errorâ€. No number / installation code – no nothing. ???????????????
Can anybody please help?
