Can't respond or forward

In OL2002 (WinXP) when I attempt to respond to or forward
an email I get "Sending and Receiving reported error
(0X800CCCOD) Unable to find the email server. Please
verify the server information in your account
properties." Yet, I can both send and receive new email
without any difficulty. Any suggestions?

Do you have more than one e-mail account defined? The default e-mail
account gets used when sending new e-mail. The e-mail account through
which an e-mail gets received is the one used in a reply. So if you
have account-A and account-B, where account-A is the default e-mail
account, account-A gets used when sending new e-mails. If you receive
an e-mail on account-B then that account is the one selected when
replying to that e-mail (you can use the Account toolbar button to
select a different e-mail account). If this is the case, one of your
other e-mail accounts is not correctly configured.
