can't send message

I have this morning what seems to be a similar problem.
When I try to create a new message, reply or forward an
existing message, I get the error message "Cannot Open
File. Not enough memory."

I also have Win 2000 and Office 2000. It worked fine last
night.

Anyone know what is wrong?
