Can't send messages

My email has picked up a quirck lately. I can recieve
mail fine, I can surf the internet fine (using
earthlink), but I can't send emails at all.

Any ideas

I am having the same problem with road runner. Have you
had any response. I can go into web version of email and
send messages but not through my Outlook.
